Common Questions
Pull down to refresh the bookstore, then try again. If the download stalls, close the app fully and reopen it. A stable Wi-Fi connection is recommended for first downloads.
Swipe left on any book in your library to remove it. To add it back, visit the bookstore and download it again. Your reading progress is saved separately and will be restored.
Once a book has downloaded it's available to read with no internet connection. If a book isn't opening offline, try removing it and downloading it again on Wi-Fi.
We prepare each text carefully, but errors do slip through. Email us with the book title, a rough location (chapter or page), and a description of the issue. We'll fix it in the next update.
